I am a certified phlebotomist in the state of Washington. One of the reasons as to why I pursued the medical field is because I enjoy helping people. As I began to climb the ladder in the IFBB Fitness division I placed 2nd at the 2019 Olympia and with much thought and reassurance from my husband we agreed I needed to resign from my job at the hospital and focus 110% on my passion for fitness. I have won the biggest title of my career thus far as the Arnold Classic Ms. Fitness International Champion 2020! I’m excited about the future!

My Favorite type of training is off-season lifting! With more calories comes heavier weights and more compound movements which I love!
WHAT IS YOUR GRANITE SUPPLEMENTS ROUTINE?
My Granite Supplements routine starts as soon as I wake up:
6:30 am – 2 caps Thermo Burn with 1 Scoop of Essential Aminos while I do my fasted cardio
8:30 am – Meal 1 and 1 Joint Care along with other vitamins
12:30 pm – Intra workout 1.5 scoops of Recovery FP
2:00 pm – Post workout 1 scoop Granite Supplements Protein Powder with 40gs of carbs (cream of rice or 4 rice cakes)
My gym bag is HUGE! I have basically my life in there especially when it’s contest season! Lifting straps, belt, elite FTS bands, knee pads, speaker, wrist guards (fitness routine practice), Granite Supplements Intra Recovery FP, flat shoes, lip balm, and my post-workout – Granite Supplements Protein Powder – Vanilla with 40g carbs or 4 Rice cakes.
