I’ve been blessed to receive multiple awards within my community such as Great Women of the Great Lakes Bay Region in 2012, 2013 Business of the Year, Adelante Business Award and the RUBY Award both in 2015. Sarah Fechter Fitness has been voted Greatest of the Great Lakes Bay Region in multiple categories including Best Gym, Best Personal Trainer, Best Health Coach for nearly two decades. In 2016, I was awarded the prestigious, Distinguished Alumna Award, Crystal M. Lange College of Health Human Services of Saginaw Valley State University. In just 9 months, I earned my professional status as a figure athlete for the International Federation of Bodybuilding. I then transitioned to women's physique and was able to compete competitively for the last 7 years. In 2018 I was able to earn top five placements in all 4 of the women's physique division and look forward to gracing the stage again in the future.

WHAT IS YOUR GRANITE SUPPLEMENTS ROUTINE?
I start with the stim-free pre-workout which I love in the offseason to allow recovery for my adrenals. In season when it’s time to turn the heat up, I switch to Hystim. Year-round I use EAA’s which are a staple in my routine along with whey protein and of course, Granite Recovery year-round as well.
Granite EAA’s, pre-workout and recovery, chapstick, wrist wraps, bands, LAX ball, Hypervolt, no bulls, and headphones.
