How did you start competing in your sport and how long have you been competing?
My first powerlifting meet was in November 2012, so I’m just at five years.
What is your favorite type of training right now?
I use my Think Strong method, which is very flexible, so I can adjust it for both my offseason and meet prep.
What is your supplement routine?
I drink Adamantium Aminos nonstop. I think that’s why I look a little like Wolverine. I also take ½ scoop of Arc Reactor before I leave for the gym, and then sip on 2 scoops of Recovery Factor X plus an extra ten grams of creatine monohydrate while I’m there.
What is your Favorite Cheat Food?
Chocolate chip pancakes with peanut butter and jelly on top, and a bowl of Peanut Butter Crunch. That’s my post-weigh in meal.
What is your Favorite Diet Food?
Broccoli, because I can get away with eating a lot of it.
What is your Favorite Exercise in Gym?
What’s in your gym bag?
Knee wraps, wrist wraps, belt, shoes, knee sleeves, straps, extra pair of collars, nose tork, naproxen, capsaicin.
What do you like to do outside of the gym?
What is your biggest gym pet peeve?
