This leg workout will make you wish you never started lifting. If you can make it the whole workout without crying you know you are on my level. Today I took Ivana Ivusic to leg town.
This shoulder workout will have you crying. The pump you will get from this will make your shoulders feel like they are about to rip apart. Give this video a try if you think you can handle the pain. This high volume shoulder workout will make your shoulders grow even if you cant get your shoulders to grow.
Now that its cold its time to bulk. This is the winter bulk back workout that will put on some great size. Today we are at the amazing gym American Barbell in Pickerington Ohio. When you eat more in the winter you can lift more. So you need to bulk up.
