Have you ever wondered when you should or can cheat on your diet? Today i go over that and also the difference between a cheat meal and a refeed meal. Both have a place in diets and you need to know how and when to use them.
A cheat meal or a refeed meal is about consuming more calories than you have for the last X amount of days. A refeed meal is normally used in fat loss plans to bring someone out of a caloric deficit, ideally boosting your metabolism, stopping it from dropping too low or crashing.
