I originally wrote this program as a followup to my YouTube series on planning a periodized training routine. If you’re currently stalled on a linear program like 5×5 or Stronglifts, then this program is the one you’re looking for.

    Best on the MarketThis is hands down the best flavoring in any protein you’re going to find. Zero digestive issues, mixes well, and pricing is super reasonable. I refuse to use any other protein powder. I usually mix the chocolate with frozen berries and almond butter for a meal replacement and it’s amazing.

    This is Pro Level IntraI am currently dieting pretty hard. I’ve been training as a power lifter for the last couple years and was 355 at 29% body fat. I decided it was time for a change. I’ve implemented a heavy caloric restriction and focus on protein while switching most of my workouts to bodybuilding style with steady state cardio. Even with the heavy deficit, this intra allows be to go through killer 1.5 hour workouts followed by up to an hour of cardio 6 days a weak without feeling dead tired OR sore for more than a day. I tried this same approach earlier this year without using the Recovery intra and I would feel miserable in the first 20 minutes. This stuff is probably the most expensive supplement I take, but I will continue to bite this bullet, it’s worth it! (I have been using for about a month, this morning I was 325 at 25.5% body fat!)

    Tastes great, mixes well.Tried out your products because I appreciated that you put your sons sick yo-yo tricks as an intermission in your home training videos. Not a lot of dads who I think are nearly as cool as mine. As for the protein? It's the best tasting period. A huge plus is that it's also the least stinky when left in a closed shaker in the sink (you know what I'm talking about) that I have ever found.

    GREAT PRODUCTThis is some of the best CHOs someone can drink during a workout. I have tried a lot of CHOs from waxy maize to a popular brand (Vitar...o). I will say when I used the popular brand I would have a crash almost like I was hypoglycemic, and with the waxy maize I didn’t feel like my muscles were full. But, John’s mixture with this product it’s amazing. Your muscles will fill fuller throughout your workout. No crashing, no bloating, or gas (ewww) I Highly recommend!! Also, if you’re going to take cluster dextrin take some aminos with it so you get a two prong effect for better recovery! (I’m not a fan of the bag it’s packaged in)

    My New Favority Shaker BottleThe title says it all... it does not leak, it's comfortable to use, and it looks great. Thee only negative is that I only bought one... time to buy a few more.
