WHAT IS YOUR GRANITE SUPPLEMENTS ROUTINE?
I take 1 scoop Pre-Mium and 1 scoop Recovery about every 20 minutes pre-workout and then 1 scoop Recovery and 1 scoop Intra Carb during my workout.
WHAT IS IN YOUR GYM BAG?
Iron Rebel Wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, and knee sleeves. A Tupperware with chalk in it that is a little cdhewed up from my pup getting to it, AirPods, and $23 loose cash (just in case).
Metallica, Avenged 7 Fold, Five Finger Death Punch, Pennywise, and Dr. Dre when I gotta get gangster on the weights.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO OUTSIDE OF THE GYM?
Ride and workout Harley’s. Wheelies are liiife.
WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST GYM PET PEEVE?
People that don’t put their weights away and when a gym has their music pumped up way too loud. If I can’t hear my own music in my ears then your gym has theirs turned up too high.
