Return Policy

Granite accepts returns for purchases only from GraniteSupplements.com.

Please note the following:
  1. Refunds are allowed on any unopened or unused product.
  2. All return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  3. If you decide that you no longer want to keep the product, simply send an email to customerservice@granitesupplements.com with your name and order number.
  4. Instructions will be provided to you on how to send the product back.
  5. Refunds will be issued after all items have been returned and inspected.
  6. Please allow up to 15 days for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please note the following:

  1. Contact us within 3 days via email at customerservice@granitesupplements.com.
  2. Attach photos of the damaged product.
  3. Once received, a Customer Service team member will review and contact you if any follow-up is needed, otherwise a replacement will be shipped out at no cost to the customer.
STOLEN PACKAGES

Granite Supplements is not responsible for stolen packages.

CHARGEBACKS

Chargebacks will not be taken lightly, and if abused, will lead to customer being put on the no-sell list.
