One of the novel ingredients that you’ll see in two of the Granite Supplements formulations is called theacrine, which is found in Chinese tea generically known as kucha1. What if you could subject your muscles to an essentially “unlimited” training stimulus, i.e., where you literally lived in the gym, training, eating and sleeping? Would you be a larger bodybuilder?
So here we are, after months and months of work, we finally have produced products and they are on shelves, and in a lot of places. Man, what a surreal feeling. My mind is still blown realizing that our journey is now a real thing, and more than just “in motion”. So how did all this happen? I thought I would share how all of this came together.
If you look at body builders, it’s about building muscle, it’s all about the pump you’re getting, it’s all about trying to build new muscle, getting the muscle stronger. With power lifting you have to do both. You have to move the barbell efficiently, you also have to get bigger because at some point you’re not going to get more efficient with the barbell, you have to get bigger to get stronger or if you’re big, at some point you have to get more efficient with the barbell for your number to go up. It’s a combination of both.
in the iron game, many veteran lifters reach the notorious glass ceiling in both muscular performance and size making the achievement of notable progress in body composition damn near impossible from traditional methods of training, diet and regeneration alone.
